Ma Jianbin, male, born in August 1974, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He began to work in August 1996 and has an in-service university degree. He is currently the Deputy Mayor of Taizhou Municipal Government and the Director of Taizhou Public Security Bureau.

He once served as Deputy Leader of the Anti-drug Detachment of Hangzhou Public Security Bureau, Deputy Leader of the Criminal Investigation Detachment of Hangzhou Public Security Bureau, Political Commissar of the Anti-drug Detachment of Hangzhou Public Security Bureau, Deputy Leader of the Population Service Management Corps of Department of Public Security of Zhejiang Province, Political Commissar of the Population Service Management Corps of Department of Public Security of Zhejiang Province, and Leader of the Supervision Corps of Department of Public Security of Zhejiang Province. In December 2021, he served as Deputy Mayor of Taizhou Municipal Government and the Director of Taizhou Public Security Bureau.
