2. Favorable prices for small- and medium-scale fertilizer production will be cancelled in two steps. After adjustment this time, the price per kWh for small- and medium-scale fertilizer production within the category of large-scale industries drops by RMB 0.289 yuan from that of large-scale industry on the same voltage level; the price per kWh for small- and medium-scale fertilizer production within the category of general commerce and industry and other industries drops by RMB 0.422 yuan from that of general commerce and industry and other industries on the same voltage level; After the 20th April of 2016, these price preferences will be cancelled and the charge will be the same as consumption in the same category.
3. Residential Time-of-Use: peak time: 8：00-22：00, valley time：22：00-8:00 the next day. 6 time-of-use periods in large-scale industries, general commerce and business and other industries: spike time: 19：00-21：00；peak time: 8：00-11：00、13：00-19：00、21：00-22：00；valley time：11：00-13：00、22：00-8：00 the next day.
5.<1 Kv users are charged RMB 0.038 yuan more than 1-10 Kv users for large scale industries.
